Margate based arts and social activism CIC and community organisation, People Dem Collective were formed as a response to the lack of representation for the lived experiences of Black, Brown and Diaspora communities within systems and spaces.

People Dem Collective aim to promote and amplify diverse voices in order to affect systemic change and promote visibility so that sectors, leaders and decision makers reflect the communities they serve, thus ensuring a legacy of real change.
